Cookie Policy
This is an informative English translation. The Czech version is legally binding. Read the Czech version.
Without your consent we use only technical cookies needed for the site to work (session, language, preferences). Analytics and marketing cookies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity) run only if you allow them in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time. The site works fully without them.
01.What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They let the site remember information between visits or during a single visit (for example language, sign-in, basket).
Cookies can be technical (necessary for the site to function) or optional (analytics, advertising, tracking).
02.Technical cookies: no consent needed
These cookies are necessary for the website to work, so they are always stored:
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
| hypogo_session | Website session, form functionality and protection against misuse (CSRF) | 2 hours | Cookie |
| XSRF-TOKEN | Protects forms against request forgery | 2 hours | Cookie |
| hypogo:guide-checklist | State of the ticked checklist in the Guide during your visit | Until the browser closes | sessionStorage |
This storage is necessary for the website to function, and under Section 89(3) of Act No. 127/2005 Coll. on electronic communications we do not need your consent for it. It is not used for tracking and does not leave your browser, or our server.
03.Optional cookies: only with your consent
We use the following tools to measure traffic and advertising campaign performance. None of them runs until you allow its category in the cookie banner:
| Category | Tool | What it is for |
|---|---|---|
| Analytics | Google Analytics 4 | Anonymised statistics on traffic and on-site behaviour |
| Analytics | Microsoft Clarity, heatmaps | Interaction recordings and heatmaps used to improve the site |
| Marketing | Meta Pixel, Google Ads | Conversion measurement and more relevant advertising (remarketing) |
We deploy these tools through Google Tag Manager in consent mode v2: your choice in the banner is passed on bindingly to every measurement script. The specific cookie names each tool uses (for example _ga, _fbp) may change over time; we keep an up-to-date overview in the cookie banner settings.
Fonts and all website content are hosted on our own infrastructure. Visiting the site by itself does not pass data to third parties.
04.Managing consent (cookie banner)
On your first visit to the site a cookie banner appears, where you can:
- Accept all: you allow both analytics and marketing cookies,
- Necessary only: only technical cookies remain; the site keeps working fully.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the Cookie settings link in the site footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.
05.How to delete cookies
You can delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. Instructions for the most common browsers:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and site data
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Cookies and website data
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions
Deleting technical cookies may sign you out or stop the site working correctly.
